Lunch Salad: Dijon-Buttermilk Chicken Breast

Our newest salad is based upon fresh Spinach leaves, crisp Romaine Lettuces, and spicy Arugula with lightly poached Chicken Breast Meat, crunchy Celery, hard-boiled Egg, Red Potatoes, and fresh delicate herbs.  We will toss your salad with our own Dijon-Buttermilk Dressing
