Italian Lamb and Arugula Salad

Chef Tamara and Jonathan enjoyed this dish on our last European trip in a pre-Roman hilltop walled city.  Slices of Lamb, topped with fresh Arugula, and Pecorino Cheese helped make this entree one of the best meals in Italy.
