Tuesday’s Mardi Gras Lunch at downtown Portland Cafe Voila is Crawfish Jambalaya

To celebrate Mardi Gras on Tuesday, Cafe Voila in downtown Portland is having Exec. Chef Tamara’s Crawfish and Andouli Sausage Jambalaya served with Hush Puppies.  Only $8 for lunch, you can add a cup of soup for only $2 more!

Our other hot lunch entrees for the week are:

Mon- Italian Lamb Stew- Braised Lamb Stew of White Beans, Artichoke, and Sun Dried Tomato with Fresh Basil Pesto
Tues- French Quarter Jambalaya- Creole style Crawfish Tail & Sausage Jambalaya Rice with Fried Hushpuppies
Wed- Chicken Braciole-Spinach & Mushroom Stuffed Chicken with Truffle Cream Sauce and Hazelnut Brussels Sprouts gf
Thurs- Indian Biriyani-Roasted Vegetables and Chicken cooked with Spiced Basmati Rice served with Crispy Poppadom gf
Fri- Chicken Fricassee- Braised Chicken, Root Vegetable, and Mushroom Stew with Valentine Heart Shaped Biscuit

Tues/Wed – Bean, Kale, & Ham – White Bean and Kale Stew made with our Bourbon Barrel Wood Smoked Ham Hock gf,df
Wed/Thurs– Celeriac Potato Apple-Celery Root & Potato Bisque cooked with Gala Apple garnished with Parsley Oil v,gf
Thurs/Fri – Yellow Split Pea- Yellow Split Pea Soup with Toasted Cumin and topped with Cilantro Pesto vg,gf
Friday – Truffled Artichoke Bisque- Artichoke and Potato Bisque with Buttery Truffled Croutons v,gf
